Corporate Administrative Coordinator / Assistant Corporate Administrative Coordinator

(22.5 hours to 37.5 hours per week)

 

CASS Care Ltd is a multi-disciplined community services provider active in the provision of a comprehensive range of social welfare services, catering the needs from cradle to seniors, including child care, residential aged care, home ageing, settlement and health, vocational and disability services and many more community-based services.

 

Position Summary:

 

These positions provide secretarial and administrative support of corporate affairs nature for CASS, as well as project based services required by the organisation from time to time, contributing to the achievement of the business goals and effective management of CASS. Successful appointees will be evaluated to take up either the Coordinator or the Assistant Coordinator positions depending on experience, knowledge and qualifications.

 

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

 

Providing administrative support to the Corporate Affairs (CA) Unit’s daily office operations, including:

  • Assist CA team in preparing the policies and procedures of corporate nature;

  • Assist CA team and Promotion team in coordinating and preparing promotional articles and publications;

  • Coordinate the purchase order of corporate nature including materials used in the Kitchen;

  • Assist CA team in managing data of CASS membership and volunteering;

  • Assist in the daily management and associated activities, coordination of meetings, agenda, minutes and responses;

  • Coordinate the holding of major functions of CASS.

 

Selection Criteria:

 

 Essential

  • Good command of spoken and written English;

  • Good communication, interpersonal, time management, and organisational skills;

  • Ability of multi-tasking in a highly interactive working environment;

  • Ability to pay attention to details;

  • Computer literate;

  • Ability to work as a team and independently.​

Desirable

  • Tertiary qualification and/or experience in Business Administration or equivalent;

  • Ability to speak and write Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin).

 

Salary and employment conditions for the above positions is as per Enterprise Agreement. Salary package is available. Discount child care fees are available for CASS’s long day care, before and after school, and vacation care services.
