Group Homes
- Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL)
Our group homes deliver NDIS-funded Specialist Disability Accommodation (SDA) and Supported Independent Living (SIL) supports for participants with disability. The service is designed to assist participants to build independence, pursue their goals, and participate in community life in line with their NDIS plan outcomes.
All homes are located within local communities and provide a safe, inclusive, and supportive living environment. Participants share accommodation with a small number of residents and receive individualised supports delivered by qualified and experienced disability support workers.
Eligibility
- NDIS participants with an approved plan
- Participants with SDA and/or SIL funding (or eligibility for such supports)
- Individuals requiring supported accommodation and daily living assistance
Service Fee
Fees are charged in accordance with the NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits and are aligned with each participant’s approved NDIS plan. All supports are delivered based on individual needs and funding availability

Accommodation Features
CASS group homes provide shared living arrangements that support participants to develop independent living skills within a structured and person-centred environment. The service operates in accordance with the NDIS Practice Standards, including the High Intensity Support Skills Descriptors.
Key features include:
- 24/7 support in a home-like setting
- Person-centred active support model, promoting choice and control
- Development and implementation of Individualised Support Plans, aligned with NDIS goals
- Culturally responsive services for participants from CALD (Culturally and Linguistically Diverse) backgrounds, including bilingual staff support
- Tailored meals, activities, and programs to meet cultural, linguistic, and personal preferences
- On-site or on-call Registered Nurse for clinical governance and oversight
Services
- SDA-compliant accommodation
- Supported Independent Living (SIL), including 24/7 onsite support
- Assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs), including personal care
- Meal planning and preparation
- Household tasks, including laundry and shopping
- Support to maintain health and wellbeing
- Medication assistance (in accordance with NDIS and clinical governance requirements)
- Assistance with arranging and attending medical and allied health appointments
- Delivery of High Intensity Daily Personal Activities, including:
- Complex bowel care
- Enteral feeding and management
- Severe dysphagia management
- Urinary catheter management
- Subcutaneous injections
- Complex wound management
- Registered Nurse (RN) oversight for clinical supervision and support
- Other reasonable and necessary supports tailored to individual participant needs
