Individual Supports
CASS Individual Supports provide person-centred services to people with disability through a range of flexible activities. These services can be delivered in the participant’s own home or in various community settings, including recreational, cultural, and community participation activities. Our programs aim to enhance independent living skills, build self-confidence, and support personal growth.
Eligibility
- People with disability
- Individuals with relevant NDIS funding or funding from any other approved source
Service Fee
The service fee is set in line with government recommendations.
