Free Form Filling and JP Services
Due to language barrier, Chinese migrants may encounter difficulties in understanding some of the correspondences from the Government, such as letters and forms from the Department of Housing and the Centrelink. Thus, CASS arranges enthusiastic volunteers to provide free services for assisting needy migrants in simple form-filling and comprehending letters from the Government. Besides, migrants may have to make declarations in the process. In this regard, CASS also provides JP Service at some places.
