Individual Supports

CASS Individual Supports encompass services that provide person-centred support to people with disability through a range of activities.

These flexible services may be provided in the person’s own home or out of home, in a range of community settings, including community participation, recreational or cultural activities. It aims to improve personal independent living skills, enhance self-confidence and develop personal growth. 

 

Eligibility

  • People with disability
  • The person is granted with National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) funding

NDIS participant can utilise their core support funds to access the following support categories:

Services

Our services provide assistance with daily living. This support relates to assisting with and/ or supervising personal tasks of daily life to enable the participant to live as autonomously as possible:


In-Home Supports
  • Personal care
  • Domestic assistance
  • Provide independent living skills training
  • Any other supports

 

Out of Home Supports
  • Assisting with community access, social and community participation
  • Transport assistance
  • Any other programs tailored according to individual needs

Service Fee

Our service fees are set in line with government recommendations. Each case will be considered on an individual basis. Thus, clients who are eligible but are unable to afford the fees are still able to receive services
