CASS Care Ltd is a multi-disciplined community services provider for the provision of a comprehensive range of social welfare services, catering the needs from cradle to seniors, including child care, aged care, health and settlement, vocational and disability services and many more community-based services. We are seeking enthusiastic and highly skilled person to fill the above position in our Promotion Team.
Main Duties and Responsibilities:
Take up tasks in operational and promotional endeavours of CASS including the liaison and coordination within the organisation, promotions on websites and other social media, preparation of press releases and articles, publishing of leaflets, brochures as well as event co-ordination etc. The ideal candidate will have excellent relationship skills, as well as the ability to juggle many competing priorities and meet tight deadlines.
Excellent command in written English and Chinese, fluency in spoken English and Mandarin and/or Cantonese;
Sound working knowledge and understanding of a broad range of communications activities;
Proficiency in administrative work and strong relationship building and management skills;
Experience in event promotion, coordination and organisation;
Skills in the Microsoft suite of products;
Relevant tertiary qualifications;
Valid driver’s license.
Experience with the use of social media;
Knowledge of graphics programs such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Acrobat;
Understanding of needs of people from culturally and linguistically diverse background.
Salary and employment conditions for the above positions are as per the SCHADS Award. Salary packaging is available.
