Hua Kang Seniors Group (Hurstville)

 

Aim: to provide Chinese seniors with entertainment and recreational activities, encourage healthy lifestyle and community participation in the mainstream society. Open to seniors aged above 55.

Venue: Senior Citizens and Community Centre, 91 Queens Road, Hurstville

 

Fee: $2 for members

$3 for non-members

 

1. Dancing Group

 

9:30am to 12pm every Thursday

 

21-3-2019 Court dance/ Ball

 

28-3-2019 *Group excursion, centre closed temporarily

 

2. General Activity Group

 

9:30am to 12pm every Friday

 

22-3-2019 Bingo/ Fitness exercise (including Taichi 18 moves and joint exercises etc.

Hua An Seniors Group (Campsie)

 

Aim: to provide Chinese seniors with entertainment and recreational activities, encourage healthy lifestyle and community participation in the mainstream society.

Venue: CASS Activity Hall, 44-50 Sixth Ave, Campsie

Fee: $7 for members (including activities and lunch)

$8 for non-members (including activities and lunch)

$2 for members (activities only)

$3 for non-members (activities only)

10am to 2pm every Wednesday
